Granite City has long been home to an active and vibrant Armenian population. Our local community affiliate organizations support Armenians overseas and help keep us rooted in our rich culture.

The Granite City 'Hrayr' Chapter of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation has long supported the mission of bringing social justice, democracy, and national self-determination to the Armenian people, and contributing to the continued growth and challenges of local communities and the stability and security of the Armenian Diaspora, as well as the republics of Armenian and Nagorno-Karabagh.

The Granite City 'Reubena' Chapter of the Armenian Relief Society, together with her parent organization, strives to serve the social, educational, health and welfare efforts of the Armenian people throughout the world.

​Our Granite City 'Antranig' Chapter of the Armenian Youth Federation works to continue the goals of the AYF-YOARF and the 'Hye Tad' (Armenian Cause) by bringing Armenian youth of all ages together, regardless of their backgrounds to focus on the advancement of social, cultural, political, and athletic causes.
